Full appraisal valuations, 1004 URAR's, are completed in 3-5 business days from their appointment date.

Payments & Credit Line Information
All initial orders are COD (Cash On Delivery), after 30 dyas or 10 orders Mortgage & Lender clients are extended a $3,000 credit line. Credit lines must be paid in full every 60 days. To help reduce transaction processing time, we reccommend and encourage that all appraisals be paid by COD. To learn more about our company policies;
